Matthew Wood
Accredited Exercise Physiologist

Matt graduated as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist in 2018.

He has treated a diverse range of conditions which include Musculoskeletal, Cardiovascular, Neurological, and Mental Health, along with many more. He specialises in musculoskeletal injuries, chronic pain management, and strength and conditioning.

Matt's interest in the field originated from having a number of injuries throughout his life that caused many setbacks, and he understands the impact it can have on his client's physical and mental health.

He is an avid sports fan following both AFL and Cricket, and competes in ultra running events.

How your visit goes

Book an Appointment

Book online, email, or have your GP refer you. We'll find a day and time that suits.

Initial Appointment

We'll discuss your history, goals, and assess where you're currently at.

Step three

Ongoing Management

We'll create a program that will help you best, whether it's for home or gym, and then progress as we go along.
